Payment
SurpieGirl accepts checks, money
orders, bank wire transfers, and PayPal. With PayPal, you may pay for
your purchase with Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or your bank
account.
When you choose PayPal, you are taken to their
secure "https" site. SurpieGirl does not collect or hold any personal
financial information from customers.
Shipping
SurpieGirl offers domestic shipping by US Postal Service and UPS. Customers may also pick up purchases at the SurpieGirl New York City office at no charge.
Overseas shipping is offered by US Postal Service. Express Mail is preferred, as it provides tracking of packages; however, Priority Mail is an option. Canadian residents may opt for UPS Standard as well.
On large, domestic packages, SurpieGirl reserves the right to substitute Fed Ex Ground for UPS and will refund any savings to the purchaser's PayPal account. Please include a note with your purchase if you cannot receive Fed Ex packages. For UPS and Fed Ex you must provide a non-post office box address.
Please let SurpieGirl know if you have any special shipping needs, such as rush shipping or shipping to a third party.
A Note About Handling Charges
Shipping is calculated by weight, plus one pound for small packages, two pounds for medium packages. On very large items or shipments combining multiple items, SurpieGirl will recalculate the shipping cost and inform you whether additional charges apply or, as is usually the case, refund the savings to your PayPal acount if you've already paid your bill.
Returns
If you feel that the item you receive is not as described on the SurpieGirl website, you may return it within 10 days for refund of purchase price. All shipping is customer's responsibility. Merchandise must be unused, unlaundered, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, and SurpieGirl reserves the right to reduce refund for returns that do not meet these criteria.
