Why is this Frymaster different from all others?

Take our Frymaster MJ45E2BLCSD. Here’s what those heiroglyphics mean:

  • MJ45 = This 122,000 btu heavy-duty restaurant/commercial kitchen gas fryer holds 40-50 (avg 45) pounds of shortening.
  • E = Extra versatility. Set up as ‘X’ (export) model (240/50/1) with transformer for use in US or worldwide.
  • 2 = Split Pot design, Choice of using only half the fryer, half the energy, half the fat, save $$$
  • BLC = Basket Lift w/multi-computer controls
  • SD = Stainless steel pot and door, enamel cabinet

The bottom line is that this is a top-of-the-line fryer, capable of cooking minimum 80 lbs of French fries per hour.
Our other Frymaster is the 8BC Spaghetti Magic Electric Pasta Cooker. This one is a little easier to figure out!
And did I tell you that both are brand new? Never installed, never used.
