It’s concert season and several of my clarinet and saxophone players have returned to buy more of my MARCA REEDS. While I’ve sold out my bass sax reeds and my Pete Fountain 2-1/2′s, I still have limited inventory in my others. Check out the MARCA website to learn about their unique product, grown from cane in the Provence region in the south of France, and manufactured according to methods developed by this family-owned business over half a century. It’s a fascinating story and as a non-musician I learned a great deal.

My judge / graduation / choir robes are back! This bestselling item flew out of my store last spring and I thought that I had sold out my entire inventory. But just a few weeks ago I discovered 25 more robes in the back of a closet. These are top quality OAK HALL black gowns, in a substantial poplin, beautifully finished with a stylized yoke. All are new, never worn, labeled by the manufacturer for men and women 5’3″. I am 5’6″ and the robe fits me perfectly; it comes right to my knee, whereas on a 5’3″ person it would probably go to mid-calf. The cut is full. This is an $80-125 item that I am able to offer at the low price of $24.95 plus $9.95 priority mail shipping. This is, however, TRULY the last of the lot; when I sell these 25, that’s it. So don’t miss out!
